I’m Sam Welsh (she/her), a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in perinatal and couples therapy. I work with people navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with becoming parents.
My approach is grounded, relational, and real. We talk about the hard parts and the good parts (because both matter). Therapy with me is collaborative, emotionally attuned, and rooted in practical tools you can actually use in daily life.
